Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Drive strong financial governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Provide commercial and operational insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal & Compliance functions.
• Develop high-performing teams through leadership, mentorship, and accountability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and business performance.
• Support scalability, business continuity, and operational resilience across the portfolio.

Requirements

• CA(SA) or equivalent financial qualification.
• Extensive senior financial leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or real estate space
• Proven experience leading cross-functional support teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and Legal/Compliance.
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic yet hands-on leadership style.
• Demonstrated success in financial planning, governance, risk management, and business transformation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
