Responsibilities:

• Galley management: planning menus and supervising food preparation

• Catering operations: managing the galley team and steward staff

• Inventory control: ordering and managing food, stores, and galley supplies

• Hygiene & compliance: ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety

• Accommodation management: overseeing housekeeping and laundry services

• Budget control: monitoring catering costs and provisions onboard
