What You'll Do

• Execute recipes and food production procedures with consistency and precision
• Maintain strict standards for food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization — every shift, no exceptions
• Operate kitchen equipment and utensils with skill and care
• Work alongside your crew in a high-volume environment to deliver quality under pressure
• Problem-solve in real time and communicate clearly with your team
• Hold yourself accountable — we win together or we learn together, but we never make excuses

What We're Looking For

• Someone who shows up ready — mentally, physically, and with a good attitude
• Ability to follow direction and work within systems without cutting corners
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment (we want you to know upfront: this job is physically demanding)
• Ability to follow, memorize, and replicate recipes with accuracy
• Ability to understand and complete math, fractions, and percentages
• A genuine commitment to food safety and cleanliness — this should already be part of how you operate
• No experience required — but effort, honesty, and coachability are required
