About the Role

The Director of Pathways plays a key role in supporting students as they prepare for life beyond school. Through individual career counselling, pathway planning and careers education, the role helps students identify opportunities that align with their strengths, interests and aspirations, whether that be further study, training, apprenticeships or employment.

The Director of Pathways will provide current and meaningful pathway information, and connect students with tertiary, training and employment opportunities. The role will also coordinate careers events and initiatives, and support Year 10 subject selection and SET Planning. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' futures by helping them confidently navigate the many pathways available.
