Our client is a leading express delivery and logistics company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization.
  • Monitor, consolidate, and report operational data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Follow up with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met and escalate potential risks at an early stage.
  • Track tasks assigned by the CEO to department managers, provide timely reminders, and regularly update implementation progress.
  • Consolidate and monitor key strategic projects.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, meeting minutes, and analyses as requested by the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between the CEO and management teams, and represent the CEO in delegated meetings when required.
  • Draft official documents, emails, and internal and external communications in accordance with the CEO’s instructions.
  • Support the CEO in managing schedules, business travel arrangements, and confidential documents.
  • Act as a key member of, or lead, process innovation and improvement projects.


Requirements

  • Age: 25 - 35.
  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Process Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
  • Experience in the logistics industry, particularly last-mile delivery, is considered an advantage.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and highly accountable.
  • Strong analytical, information synthesis, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all four English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
