Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct financial needs analyses and provide suitable advice.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company leads.
Maintain compliance with FAIS and industry regulations.
Achieve agreed sales and client service targets.
Requirements
RE5 qualification (or working towards it where applicable)
NQF Level 5 in Financial Planning or relevant qualification
DOFA compliant (advantageous)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence preferred
