We are currently seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join our reputable client’s team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience and must have prior transaction experience within the telecommunications, digital infrastructure or TMT sector.
- Strong technical capabilities across financial analysis, valuation and transaction structuring, combined with a working understanding of telecom-specific metrics and how infrastructure, operating and digital assets are valued.
- A proven ability to build relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors and infrastructure investors, and to originate and execute mandates.
- Familiarity with the deal types relevant to the sector, including M&A, equity capital raising and debt and infrastructure financing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working alongside colleagues across the firm’s regional offices.
- Strong skills using technology.
- Experience within an investment bank, corporate finance advisory, private equity or infrastructure fund, with sector exposure to telecommunications, towers, fibre, data centres or digital infrastructure considered a strong advantage.
