Summary: Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of cooking experience, specifically at a full-service restaurant.

- Open availability to work during the entire event - August 30th through September 13th. Some positions will also be required to be available for fan week - August 23rd - August 29th

- Must know different kitchen stations.

- Must have knives skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent customer service skills
