Vice President of Operations

Jeff Harris & Associates is currently representing a premier Life Plan Community in the search for an experienced Vice President of Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven senior living executive to join a highly regarded organization recognized for its commitment to operational excellence, resident experience, and long-term success. The Vice President of Operations will play a key role in advancing community operations, strengthening team performance, and supporting the continued delivery of exceptional services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Plan Communities/CCRCs, senior living operations, and executive-level leadership. This individual will partner with senior leadership and department heads to drive operational effectiveness, enhance the resident experience, and support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across community operations
• Partner with executive leadership to execute organizational priorities and initiatives
• Promote operational excellence across resident services, hospitality, and support functions
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Foster a culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and resident satisfaction
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to enhance processes and outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience within senior living, preferably in a Life Plan Community/CCRC environment
• Demonstrated success overseeing complex operations and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of operational strategy, financial performance, and service excellence
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to inspire teams and drive meaningful organizational impact
