About the Role
In this role, you will lead the development of dealer service analytics and business intelligence capability across MMAL. You will transform dealer service and repair order data into meaningful insights that improve dealer performance, customer retention and business decision making.
You'll be the subject matter expert for dealer service analytics, partnering with stakeholders across Aftersales, Regional teams and the dealer network to deliver reporting, insights and recommendations that drive commercial outcomes.
